You'll lead the Taiwan S&OP process for a leading e-commerce company, ensuring infrastructure, labor, and inventory align with demand. You'll act as the network gatekeeper and drive process optimization to scale operations efficiently. This role offers the chance to shape the planning cycle of a rapidly growing business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily volume projections and inbound/outbound capacity planning
• Monitor network layer rules and case mapping to optimize flow
• Lead inventory build-up strategies for peak season events
• Identify bottlenecks in planning cycles and automate data workflows

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Excel, statistical modeling, and optimization
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with customer-centric mindset

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, forecasting, and capacity management
• Experience in data processing and building basic models for decision support
