🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Own a portfolio of accounts as trusted advisor.
- Monitor health metrics and drive retention/expansion.
- Develop tailored success plans with ROI tracking.
📋 Requirements
- 3–5+ years Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
- CRM/Customer Success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight.
- Retention rates above 90% and expansion revenue track record.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Communications.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech or payments.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable or payment processing.
- Track record in playbook development or health scoring.
