🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts as trusted advisor.
  • Monitor health metrics and drive retention/expansion.
  • Develop tailored success plans with ROI tracking.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
  • CRM/Customer Success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight.
  • Retention rates above 90% and expansion revenue track record.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Communications.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech or payments.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable or payment processing.
  • Track record in playbook development or health scoring.
