You'll lead the Student Ministry team at Hanover Campus, overseeing Collide (5th-8th) and High School Ministry gatherings. Your core impact is recruiting and empowering volunteer teams to introduce students to Jesus and help them grow. This role stands out with quarterly retreats and a summer serving project.

• Recruit, train, and empower Student Ministry volunteer teams
• Execute Collide and HSM gatherings on weekends and Wednesday nights
• Oversee quarterly retreats, events, and a summer serving project
• Partner with kidMinistry and Next Steps for smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Leading and developing adult leaders
• Organizational management skills
• Strong communication and ability to inspire others
• Articulate salvation experience and spiritual development pattern
