Description
You will identify and qualify new leads to generate potential sales opportunities for Redtrust's digital certificates solution in the LATAM region. Work in a consultative role, building relationships with key decision makers and penetrating mid-market to enterprise accounts. Be part of a growing team focused on the Brazilian market.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related role in B2B field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Fluency in written and verbal Portuguese and English
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for Sales Directors
- Utilize Account-Based Experience strategy to tailor interactions with targeted accounts
- Follow up on inbound leads and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
- Conduct initial qualification of leads and assess fit and potential value
- Perform outbound sales tactics including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
