Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using foundation models and orchestration techniques to improve healthcare journeys for women and families. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to productionize features like personalization and care routing, and mentor engineers in AI best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years in backend development, platform architecture, and ML/AI platform or products
• Experience building AI-powered applications with foundation models and orchestration (RAG, LangChain, vector search)
• Proficiency in Python and backend/platform engineering in Go, Java, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud-native systems and operationalizing AI solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions using foundation models and orchestration (RAG, agents)
• Develop robust ML pipelines for model experimentation, fine-tuning, and production deployment
• Collaborate to prototype and productionize AI features (personalization, care routing, decision support, summarization)
• Drive architecture decisions and promote best practices in AI/ML systems
• Mentor engineers and data scientists on AI/ML and foster a culture of experimentation
