You'll lead capital construction projects focused on large-scale HVAC and central plant systems across a national real estate portfolio. You'll drive cost-effective capital planning and ensure smooth project execution from design to completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee project planning, design review, bidding, and construction phases.
• Collaborate with capital planning to translate asset strategies into executable projects.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with capital mechanical projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects including budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and delivery methods.
• Experience managing third-party engineers, contractors, and vendors.

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM) preferred.
• HVAC-related certifications are a plus.
• Corporate office experience preferred.
