💼 About This Role

You'll build scalable data pipelines and applied AI systems to power BetterUp's go-to-market engine. Your work will directly enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to move faster and drive measurable business impact. You'll sit at the intersection of data engineering and applied AI, shaping the infrastructure that powers GTM analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for GTM stack
• Evolve Snowflake warehouse for analytics and AI workloads
• Develop and deploy AI tools for lead scoring and forecasting
• Partner with stakeholders to automate workflows with LLMs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or applied AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience building and deploying ML models in business context

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in RevOps or GTM Analytics at B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI in production
• Experience with dbt for data transformation
