🎯 What You'll Do
- Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert on customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service via strong communication skills
- Update systems to document each customer interaction
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback
✨ Nice to Have
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Flexibility to embrace change and business needs
