You'll coordinate multi-country communication calendars and execute CRM campaigns (email and push notifications) for Doctolib's Patient Marketing team. Your work will help drive patient engagement across France, Germany, and Italy. You'll gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance analysis.

• Coordinate multi-country communication calendars
• Design and set up CRM campaigns (email and push)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance via dashboards
• Conduct sector and technology watch

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in a master's program in Marketing or Business
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a multicultural, cross-functional environment

• Experience with CRM tools (Braze, Batch, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign)
• Passion for the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of digital marketing
