💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale Jeeves' partner ecosystem across North America, Latin America, and EMEA, reporting to the CRO. You'll strengthen existing broker channels and pioneer new distribution models like technology integrations and embedded finance. This role is best for a builder who can balance global strategy with hands-on dealmaking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and scale the global partnerships strategy across regions.
• Optimize broker channels and create scalable playbooks.
• Diversify partnerships into technology, embedded finance, and advisory.
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle from sourcing to performance management.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships or channel leadership in fintech or SaaS.
• International experience in North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA.
• Proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets.
• Experience in payments or financial services.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
