Description

As a Senior Buyer at Rue Gilt Groupe, you will lead the footwear category strategy, blending data-driven insights with merchandising artistry to drive profitability and delight members. You'll manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in retail or e-commerce
• At least 4 years of direct buying experience in footwear or high-growth fashion
• Advanced analytical skills in sales, inventory, and turn metrics
• Expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
