🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Deliver end-to-end, production-ready features with product and design
• Build internal tools and workflows to accelerate engineering productivity
• Participate in on-call rotation for production systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience building across the stack with deeper backend strength
• Ability to take features from idea to polished UI
• Motivation to solve novel problems in ambiguous environments
• Experience as an early-stage engineer or startup founder
