You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations and troubleshooting complex issues. This role combines technical problem-solving, customer success strategy, and workflow automation within a dynamic SaaS ecosystem. You'll help shape scalable customer success operations while contributing directly to product improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers
  • Lead technical onboarding and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales discussions
  • Build internal automations and operational tools

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar role
  • Practical coding ability in Python or JavaScript
  • Understanding of HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs, and proxies
  • Experience building technical automations and integrations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with scraping technologies or anti-bot systems
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar tools
