Description

As a Pre-sales and Solution Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Value Engineers in the Nordics region, driving end-to-end customer value journeys from sales to renewal. You'll work closely with GTM leadership, serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, and foster a positive team environment. Your role focuses on identifying and framing value for prospects, scaling value across the portfolio, and developing world-class talent.

Requirements

  • Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain and experience in strategic transformation initiatives
  • Deep industry expertise and ability to build integrated Process Intelligence roadmap
  • Product expertise guiding customers through Celonis Process Intelligence journey
  • Project management skills to plan scope, expectations, and timelines
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Identify and frame value for prospects and customers, translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases
  • Own end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing accounts
  • Communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
  • Lead customers through Celonis Value Journey, ensuring success and driving adoption of new features and products
  • Develop talent through hiring, mentoring, and continuous feedback
