💼 About This Role

You'll manage the delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors for a major client. Your work ensures assets are properly structured, named, tagged, and stored in the DAM system. You'll also train new team members and provide first-line support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Syndicate assets to platforms and DAM with correct naming and metadata.
• Produce delivery reports and attach to JIRA tasks.
• Flag risks related to timeliness or completeness of deliveries.
• Train new monks on DAM, asset review, and approval platform.
• Answer first-line support questions on DAM and asset library.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years as a Digital Asset Manager in advertising/marketing.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as administrator or librarian.
• Experience working with creative, ops, and account teams.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
