You'll define operational strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers achieve maximum value from space-based intelligence solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale global customer-facing organizations.
• Develop operational processes, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Build trusted relationships with government and commercial customers.
• Drive customer retention, recurring revenue, and account expansion.

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years of total professional experience
• 10+ years leading customer-facing teams
• 6+ years in geospatial or remote sensing sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
