💼 About This Role

You'll design, operate, and enhance carrier-grade voice infrastructure for global enterprise voice systems. Troubleshoot complex SIP call flows and ensure call quality and uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation improvements

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of voice engineering or telecom infrastructure experience
• Strong understanding of SIP stack architecture and call setup
• Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers (Ribbon required)
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations and on-call support

• Experience automating voice operations workflows
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
