💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and drive sales. This role offers a fun environment where you can share your passion daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an excellent shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Assist with opening and closing the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS.
• Support planogram changes and maintain merchandise displays.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
