You'll own the operational backbone of the Included VC Africa Fellowship, ensuring exceptional experiences for Fellows, speakers, and partners. You'll lead the application process, refine screening criteria, and manage communications. This role involves AI automation to reduce friction and raise quality, with a focus on detail-heavy admin that keeps everything moving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve operational infrastructure with AI tools and automations
• Lead the application process including screening and interviewing
• Manage coordination, communications, and follow-through
• Design and launch new experimental offerings based on feedback
• Be the go-to contact for Fellows and build strong relationships
