💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality, health, safety, security, and environmental management for renewable energy projects in Montenegro. You'll conduct inspections, manage non-conformances, and ensure compliance with international standards. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the global shift towards sustainable energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly QHSSSE inspections and identify non-compliances
• Prepare monthly QHSSSE statistics and reporting
• Investigate incidents and accidents when required
• Implement training sessions on QHSSSE systems and procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental or related)
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH Certifications
• Minimum 7 years of related HSE experience
• Montenegrin safety and health professional certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in wind farms or solar photovoltaic plants
• Experience with internationally financed projects (IFC/EBRD standards)
• Quality Management Certificate/Training
