💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an embedded strategic partner to commercial leadership at a rapidly growing clean energy finance firm. You'll translate business needs into people programs, handle complex HR topics, and coach managers in a high-stakes, transaction-intensive environment. This role is built from scratch to support a multi-product commercial engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with commercial leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Design and deliver performance reviews, calibration, and feedback frameworks.
• Navigate sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and compliance.
• Develop managers through coaching and enablement sessions.

📋 Requirements

• Financial services HR background, ideally banking or capital markets.
• Experience in a high-growth or dynamic work environment.
• Strong HR generalist skills across the full people lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.

• Experience with FINRA, broker-dealer, or securities regulatory frameworks.
• Formal coaching certification or executive coaching experience.
