๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead insight-led enterprise sales cycles for agentic AI ERP automation at a fast-growing Swiss scaleup. You'll own the full commercial outcome, from pipeline creation to closing strategic accounts with CFO/CIO/Shared Services leadership. This role offers uncapped earnings and real ownership in an employee-owned company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory/account plans and pipeline strategy
- Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks
- Own business case, pricing, negotiation, and contracting
- Partner with Solutions Engineering for workshops and demos
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience
- Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals
โจ Nice to Have
- ERP/SAP exposure or finance/procurement transformation selling
- Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP)
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts
