You'll own the GTM engine at an AI-native company selling to law firms. You'll work with Sales leadership to turn pipeline into revenue predictably and efficiently.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, and routing logic
- Deliver accurate pipeline, funnel, and conversion reporting
- Design scalable GTM processes and maintain data hygiene
- Support sales compensation, territory planning, and forecasting
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency in HubSpot administration and optimization
- Experience with GTM tech stacks (CRM, reporting, AI tools)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline and forecasting analysis

- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Clay)
- Background in legal or real estate technology
- Familiarity with compensation modeling and territory design
