You'll drive procurement strategies for Anthropic's Data Center electrical and mechanical equipment, owning end-to-end sourcing for critical infrastructure like generators, switchgear, and cooling systems. Your work will directly enable Anthropic's ambitious scaling goals by ensuring equipment availability and cost efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive commercial negotiations for critical electrical and mechanical equipment
• Audit partner procurement schedules and optimize cost efficiency
• Implement frameworks for third-party compliance with equipment terms
• Monitor global supply chain volatility and execute contingency plans

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in supply chain management and procurement
• Track record of developing processes for data center equipment forecasting and planning
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical equipment (generators, switchgear, UPS, chillers, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain or equivalent practical experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 10+ years experience in supply chain management
• 5+ years experience in data center infrastructure
• Experience with liquid cooling equipment and battery energy storage systems
