Description

As a Client Value Partner at Celonis, you will lead data-driven transformation programs for strategic customers, acting as their executive advisor and driving long-term value realization. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams to translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes and shape multi-year transformation strategies.

Requirements

  • 10-20 years in top-tier strategy consulting or senior industry leadership in Oil & Gas
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Oil & Gas industry trends, value levers, and regulatory dynamics
  • Proven track record leading large-scale business transformations with quantifiable outcomes
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence complex global organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead Value Engineering strategy and define value opportunities for strategic accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives
  • Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
  • Drive customer value lifecycle—landing, realizing, expanding, renewing—supporting account growth
  • Co-create frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks for Value Engineering
