You'll manage a geographic territory for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions rental facility, selling pump, power, and HVAC solutions to contractors. Your core impact is driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution and building lasting customer relationships. This role offers uncapped commission with a total compensation range of $150K-$600K.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a geographic territory and develop full sales strategy.
- Build relationships with contractors and construction principals.
- Respond to inbound leads and manage CRM pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success.
- Knowledge of pump, power, or HVAC equipment or rental/construction industry.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

- Experience in B2B sales within rental or construction.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
