Your core impact is driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution and building lasting customer relationships. This role offers uncapped commission with a total compensation range of $150K-$600K.

  • Manage a geographic territory and develop full sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with contractors and construction principals.
  • Respond to inbound leads and manage CRM pipeline.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of pump, power, or HVAC equipment or rental/construction industry.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
