💼 About This Role

You'll join the Asset Liability Portfolio Services (ALPS) team at KKR, a leading global investment firm. You'll support full lifecycle management, reconciliation, and control of portfolio positions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role offers exposure to Private Credit and Middle Market Loans within a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing including trade capture and settlement.
• Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily.
• Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Manage and oversee offshore operational support teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Investment Operations within asset management or fund administration.
• Familiarity with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VBA, Visio, or data visualization tools.
• Prior experience with Private Credit, Middle Market Loans, or Structured Products.
