You'll define and drive the strategy for Phantom Squad, an enablement team tackling complex browser and infrastructure challenges. Your core impact will be evolving Deep22, an initiative for robust scraping pipelines and alternative data sources to improve affiliate data completeness. This role directly impacts monetization opportunities, script reliability, and user experience across all Stay22 products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user interviews and technology analyses to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize pain points for partner success
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for Phantom Squad
• Establish success metrics and communicate impact across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product role
• Strong technical understanding bridging complex engineering concepts and product implications
• Experience collaborating with highly technical teams in cross-team coordination

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with browser-level technologies (fingerprinting, DOM injection)
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or data scraping pipelines
• Bilingual (French/English)
