๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Trail Appliances' paid digital marketing programs, driving qualified traffic, in-store visits, lead generation, and online sales. You'll architect and scale digital media infrastructure across account structure, tracking, audiences, and reporting to support eCommerce growth and in-store sales impact. This senior role focuses on paid media performance, data, testing, and measurement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own digital growth roadmap across paid media channels including Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Build and optimize paid media account structures to support scale and performance.
- Develop and track digital-to-store KPIs to connect media investment to in-store revenue.
- Lead structured testing programs across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or influencing teams and external partners.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience managing meaningful digital budgets and forecasting spend.

- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or a multi-location business.
- Experience optimizing both digital demand capture and offline or store-driven outcomes.
- Familiarity with local search, product feeds, landing-page optimization.
