🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues and critical incidents
• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016–2025)
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and manage Azure environments
• Deliver project implementations and mentor junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a senior IT support or engineering role
• Strong experience with Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• MSP experience preferred
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools
