- Partner with CRO and sales leadership on people strategy
- Coach managers on organizational design and performance
- Lead change management and organizational development
- Conduct employee relations investigations
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years HR Business Partner experience in tech
- Experience partnering with a Revenue team and C-suite
- Proven ability to influence all levels of management
- Experience with organizational design and change management
