You'll maintain and iterate the website's backend architecture, including CI/CD pipelines and database schema. You'll monitor and improve system performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience. You'll help build a world-class product used by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and iterate CI/CD pipelines and database architecture
• Build and optimize internal platform tools for developer experience
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
• Diagnose and fix system issues quickly and reliably

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of backend development experience
• Strong programming fundamentals (Python preferred)
• Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with application performance tuning
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes ecosystem
