🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop new agents and research directions
• Build high-performance systems for training large-scale agents
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize agent logics
• Create and scale benchmarking systems for agent capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Staff, Principal, or Senior Engineer role in a Frontier AI Lab
• PhD (or equivalent) in ML, CS, or related field with strong publication record
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI and foundation models (LLMs/VLMs)
• Proven track record leading complex AI/ML projects from conception to production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying Reinforcement Learning to LLM-based systems
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
• Experience building large-scale evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI
