You'll assist a vibrant practice as a litigator managing state court litigation for a rapidly growing personal injury firm. You'll handle complex cases while having the ability to control your caseload and choose a production-based compensation structure that can earn mid-six to seven figures. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage state court litigation from start to finish
• Draft petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
• Handle complex personal injury cases
• Control caseload and manage deadlines

📋 Requirements

• Litigation experience of at least 1 year
• Texas Bar admission required
• State court litigation experience
• Legal writing skills including motions and briefs
