🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that move key metrics.
• Rapidly experiment with new models, techniques (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows) based on data.
• Build and scale full-stack applications and intelligent agents for healthcare workflows.
• Contribute to Oscar's AI strategy and technical vision.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience solving complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments or evaluations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare industry or claims/clinical data.
• Degree in math, stats, data science, or engineering.
• Experience with NLP, neural networks, transformers, modern AI frameworks.
