💼 About This Role

You'll help build the financial backbone of an AI-native MDR company as we scale, owning the consolidated operating model and supporting strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting while collaborating across every department. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and real ownership over work that matters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update the consolidated operating model and forecasts
• Own business unit–level P&L modeling and reporting
• Track budget vs. actual and deliver monthly dashboards
• Prepare board-ready financial materials and KPI summaries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with an ERP like NetSuite, Quickbooks, or Rillet
