💼 About This Role

You'll design and build the LLM-powered agents at the core of our platform, the first AI-powered platform built for hardware product development. You'll own the AI systems that set our product apart, working across a fast-moving field with evolving frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and iterate on LLM-powered agents for hardware coordination
• Own the agent orchestration layer (LangChain DeepAgent)
• Implement tool-use patterns connecting agents to external systems via APIs
• Build evaluation and observability infrastructure for agent performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production software engineering experience
• 2+ years bringing LLM-based applications or agent systems to market
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic systems using LangChain/LangGraph or similar
• Proficiency with Python in production environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DeepAgent or LangGraph
• Background in evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines
