You'll be a scientific and strategic thought partner developing the pipeline at Tarsus, bridging translational medicine to create category-defining products. You'll lead preclinical strategies for ophthalmology programs. This role offers the chance to shape early-stage development and collaborate with top academic and industry partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee development of animal models and study designs at CROs
• Establish and maintain partnerships with KOLs and academic institutions
• Evaluate external assets and opportunities with Business Development
• Develop stage-appropriate project strategies with Go/No-Go decision points

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MD/PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, or related field
• 8+ years pharmaceutical or industry experience
• Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required
