Description

In this high-impact role, you will build and maintain foundational governance for a global workforce, owning policy development, organizational compliance, and complex employee relations management at scale. You'll partner closely with People Business Partners and legal teams to guide outcomes, mitigate risk, and set new operational standards as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People function with focus on Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Track record of managing complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ability to analyze systemic ER and compliance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Experience advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risk and promote positive engagement
  • Expertise in designing and implementing global People policies and SOPs

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of global People policies, partnering with Legal to draft, review, update, and socialize policies
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures and consultation guides for consistent policy application
  • Serve as operational owner for processes requiring employee representative body consultation
  • Own operational execution of systematic performance structures and serve as initial review for complex performance cases
  • Lead critical investigations and drive compliance across global jurisdictions
