🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable frameworks for global Workplace organization
• Develop standardized operational playbooks and program structures across site types
• Lead cross-functional Workplace programs from planning through execution
• Establish program governance and prioritization frameworks for Workplace initiatives
• Support rollout of new Workplace tools, services, and processes

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Workplace Operations, or related field
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and scalable operational frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
