- Lead global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity
- Oversee annual merit, bonus, promotion, and equity refresh cycles
- Drive market competitiveness and pay equity through benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor industry trends
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Leadership roles and global multi-region program management
- Deep expertise in compensation design and job architecture
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
