🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve scalable AI systems including AI agents and RAG frameworks.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions integrated into operational business processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI strategy and align with business goals.
• Lead by technical example through hands-on coding and system design.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Staff Engineer or similar in AI-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and agentic architectures.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
