You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding to winback, making retention and lifetime value a core growth engine. You'll build a scalable lifecycle system that strengthens activation, reduces churn, and increases long-term customer value. This role leads a high-impact team and partners cross-functionally to protect customer trust while driving measurable revenue impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own lifecycle KPIs including activation, retention, churn, and lifetime value
  • Redesign onboarding to improve clarity and early habit formation
  • Build behavior-triggered engagement and monetization programs
  • Lead experimentation roadmap across messaging, offers, and segmentation

📋 Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of progressive lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience
  • Proven track record of improving activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value at scale
  • Deep expertise in segmentation, behavioral targeting, and experimentation design
  • Experience with lifecycle platforms like Braze and marketing systems design
