🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and train team members with the Head Coach.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance compliance.
• Uphold brand standards for guest experience and act on metrics.
• Manage controllable costs and execute schedules using Ops Dashboard.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role
• Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
