You'll oversee all physical operations and repairs for a commercial retail property, ensuring facilities meet first-class standards. You'll complete service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain building systems like boilers and pool equipment. Travel to sister properties and on-call emergency duties are required, offering variety in your daily work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance tasks.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs.
• Valid California Driver's License.
