You'll start your career in the consumer finance industry with an industry leader, learning all aspects of the business. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year conducting **Phone Sales** or Call Center Experience
• 1+ years **Customer Service**, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business
• Provide financial products and services to meet customer needs
