You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and recruiting while driving an amazing in-store experience for a pop culture retail brand. You'll balance operations and customer-first selling to hit goals. This role offers a chance to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Oversee shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise products and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
