You'll study project plans and specifications to generate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. You'll work with internal teams and clients to create competitive project proposals. Accubid Enterprise and Bluebeam Revu are key tools for take-offs and markups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project intent and requirements.
• Develop itemized cost estimates using Accubid and LiveCount software.
• Prepare RFIs to resolve bid document conflicts.
• Coordinate with engineers on BIM layouts.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
• Knowledge of Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
• Ability to read specifications and multiple trade drawings.
• Understanding of building codes and construction methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Residential and commercial experience.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu.
