💼 About This Role

You'll join the Power Rentals team as a Tech Trainee, supporting skilled technicians with disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of heavy equipment. This role provides a path to develop technical skills through assigned training classes and hands-on experience. You'll gain expertise with Caterpillar and allied products in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble Caterpillar and allied products.
• Measure and identify parts for reusability or replacement.
• Perform lubrication, maintenance, and warranty tasks per guidelines.
• Attend training classes and obtain passing grades.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• PC skills.
• Own hand tools suitable for the work.

✨ Nice to Have

• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to certify within 60 days.
