Description

You will lead a team of Product Managers, drive product strategy, and orchestrate roadmaps for real-time data streaming and autonomous systems. You will act as a player-coach for new product concepts, own the business model, and bridge cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years managing other PMs at Director or Group PM level
• Deep technical depth in middleware, distributed systems, or developer tools
• Demonstrated success managing mature product lines and leading 0-to-1 innovation
• Ability to resolve cross-functional friction and lead through influence
• Strategic storytelling and coaching mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of PMs, aligning roadmaps with broader vision
• Lead 6-month planning cycles to create a single, traceable roadmap
• Drive product innovation through rapid prototyping and validation
• Manage pricing, licensing, and packaging strategies
• Build strong relationships with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Management
